The first type of handheld laser rangefinder is mainly used for high-precision interior design measurement, with high measurement accuracy of about 1mm, and the measurement distance is generally from 40-250 meters. This is currently the most widely used laser range finder.
The handheld laser range finder can be divided into two types: indoor type and outdoor type. The range of the outdoor type is 200-300 meters. (The instrument itself has a built-in camera and a telescope aiming amplifier. Within a range of 70 meters, no reflector is required for outdoor use in sunlight; if the range exceeds 70 meters in the sun, please use it in conjunction with a reflector). The difference between it and the indoor type is that the hand-held laser range finder used in the indoor type has a short range of 40-100 meters. Because there is no built-in magnifying sight, it can only be used indoors (outdoor sunlight is strong, and the laser spot smaller than a cigarette end is difficult to see).
